Chaos Czech a.s., a company established and existing under the laws of the Czech Republic, with its registered office at Karlovo namesti 288/17, 120 00 Prague, the Czech Republic, identification number 02983842, registered with the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. B 22881, as a controlled entity, is part of Chaos Group and is subject to single management applied by parent company CHAOS SOFTWARE EOOD, a company established and existing under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with its registered office at 145 Tsarigradsko shose Blvd., Fl. 12, Sofia 1784, Bulgaria, registered with the commercial register kept by the Ministry of Justice under the identification number 131375768, as a controlling entity.

This announcement is made in accordance with Section 79(3) of the BCA.

Společnost Chaos Czech a.s., založená a existující podle práva České republiky, se sídlem Karlovo náměstí 288/17, 120 00 Praha, Česká republika, IČ: 02983842, zapsaná u Městského soudu v Praze pod spisovou značkou B 22881, je jako řízená osoba součástí koncernu Chaos Group a je řízená mateřskou společností CHAOS SOFTWARE EOOD, založenou a existující podle práva Bulharské republiky, se sídlem 145 Tsarigradsko shose Blvd., Fl. 12, Sofia 1784, Bulharská republika, registrovanou v obchodním rejstříku vedeném Ministerstvem spravedlnosti pod identifikačním číslem 131375768, jako řídící osobou.

Toto oznámení je činěno v souladu s ustanovením § 79 odst. 3 ZOK.
